About the Position
CGI, a leading global IT and business consulting firm, is currently seeking talented individuals to join their Data team based in Sophia-Antipolis. Role and Responsibilities
As a member of the CGI team, you’ll be actively involved in all phases of Business Intelligence (BI) project implementation. From analyzing client needs to devising technical solutions, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving successful outcomes. Working on significant projects within diverse business environments, your responsibilities will progressively expand. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to the Data community and contribute to the growth of CGI’s Data offerings.
Key Activities Include
Identifying and prioritizing business use cases.
Conducting workshops involving both business and IT stakeholders.
Analyzing and formalizing requirements in direct collaboration with users, often in complex and international contexts (English proficiency is a must).
Drafting functional and technical specifications.
Defining testing strategies, test plans, validation tests, and quality checks.
Authoring technical documents.
Handling complex development tasks and supervising other developers.
Active participation in community activities, including staying updated on technological advancements in your field and sharing knowledge with peers.
Contributing to commercial proposals and client/internal presentations.
Supporting change management efforts.
Qualifications and Requirements
A degree in Computer Science or related field (Bac+5) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Power BI (certification would be advantageous).
Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
Demonstrated autonomy in your area of expertise.
A keenness to mentor and share knowledge.
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
